kn8 is an early-stage Storefront Agent designed to help ecommerce stores guide customers and complete approved shopping and post-purchase actions through their existing interface. The Service is currently in private beta.
We make no guarantees regarding the continuous availability, completeness, or fitness of the Service for any particular purpose. Features, pricing, and access terms may change at any time without prior notice.

You agree to use the Site and Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material

Third-Party Services
The Site uses third-party tools including Zoho CRM for contact form submissions and Vercel for hosting and analytics. Your use of those tools is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
