Kn8 is an early-stage platform designed to help engineering and product teams make their web applications readable and executable by AI agents. The Service is currently in private beta.

We make no guarantees regarding the continuous availability, completeness, or fitness of the Service for any particular purpose. Features, pricing, and access terms may change at any time without prior notice.

You agree to use the Site and Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Engage in any conduct that is harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive

All content on the Site is the property of Kn8 / Matheus Reis and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Kn8 name, logo, or trademarks without prior written permission.

The Site and Service are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kn8 / Matheus Reis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or Service.

The Site uses third-party tools including Zoho CRM (for contact form submissions) and Vercel (for hosting and analytics). Your use of those tools is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

We reserve the right to update or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
